're back after a full month off but there's so much going on that we could stay away no longer, off-season or not. In fact, it's not even the off-season anymore, because the Lions are back in training and there's a match coming up on Saturday — a friendly against Brazilian side Flamengo.

We started with a discussion of player signings since late December, with Orlando City signing Ivan Angulo, Facundo Torres, and Michael Halliday to new deals and we discuss what those moves mean for the club. But it wasn't all returning faces who signed this month. Seattle Sounders legend Nico Lodeiro joined the Lions in a move designed to replace the departed Mauricio Pereyra. We also touched on Luca Petrasso's loan move to Triestina in Italy, the reports about center back David Brekalo, and what Orlando City still has left to accomplish as far as roster building this off-season.

It wasn't originally designed to be an interview for this show, but Orlando City President of Business Operations Jarrod Dillon was kind enough to let me record my exclusive interview with him and used it for the PawedCast. We spoke at length about the new stadium naming rights partnership that OCSC signed with Inter&Co. Jarrod was aware the name wasn't necessarily going to resonate with the fanbase, but he's genuinely excited about what the 10-year agreement is going to bring to the club and its fans. We hope you enjoy this extended interview. It won't make you love the new name, but it might at least help you appreciate what the club is trying to accomplish with the partnership.

Following the interview, we gave some of our own thoughts on the Inter&Co agreement. There are a lot of positives that come along with the clunky stadium name.

This week's mailbagbox was completely empty, as were our hearts upon finding that out. Remember, if there’s anything — and we do mean anything — you want us to address on the show, just ask us by tweeting it to us at @TheManeLand with the hashtag #AskTMLPC.

Finally, we wrapped up with news about Adam Grinwis' new club, Duncan McGuire's first cap with the USMNT at the senior level, and a breakdown of the Lions' preseason schedule. It would be nice to have more matches open to the public, but at least we can go see them play on Saturday against top-notch competition.

Here’s how No. 393 went down:

0:15 – A list of guys the Lions signed and what it means, and also one player who went out on loan to Italy.

35:14 – Our exclusive interview with Jarrod Dillon about the whole stadium naming rights thing.

1:11:08 — More reaction on the Inter&Co naming rights thing, Duncan McGuire's latest achievement, and the Lions' preseason schedule.
