I use the expression Pay Attention a lot.  I use it when I want to alert someone that what I am about to say is important. I use it when I am asking someone to watch where they are headed or watch out for something.  I use it when I sense that people have zoned out on me.  What most people may not know is why I use it.  I use it because I can tell that we are in an extremely noisy world, yet, Heaven is regularly speaking and if we pay attention we will arrive where we need to go.

Now when I ask people to pay attention, they usually sit, up.  This is why as God is the One asking us to Pay Attention today, I hope you are standing, focused, and all ears.  Wisdom is how you go far.  PAY ATTENTION!
