Though just a young girl when construction began at the Kathleen Mallory Center in Baltimore, Joyce Rogers describes it as a building that God used to change her life forever. Growing up in the inner city in a predominately Catholic neighborhood, Joyce said everything she learned about the Lord from the time she was a child to a college student, she learned there.
