My guest this week certainly embraces new opportunities and is always ready for the next challenge and idea.
Janet has always had a passion for food and at one point owned a Deli Cafe too.
In Janet's words..
With 25 years' experience in Adult learning and Food Safety, I have now developed a practical Food Safety course for Forest School Leaders. I have also recently developed e-learning food safety courses for Childcarers and Education providers.
Recently I launched my own e-learning platform where you can take my user-friendly and easy-to-follow Level 2 (equivalent) Food Safety course. I am a member and trainer for the CIEH and hold a Certificate in Education.
