On step 8 we “make a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.” The impact our addictions have on others becomes, possibly, at it’s clearest during this step. How has this lifestyle, this pride, this whatever impacted family, friends, and other people around us? This week – the first Sunday of Lent – we will talk about forgiveness, reconciliation, and the example Jesus gives regarding step 8.
