When the pandemic rocked the Massachusetts economy back in the spring, thousands of people were able to collect unemployment benefits to supplement their lost wages. Most people except undocumented immigrants, who are having to reach into the shadows of society to get help with shelter and food.

Host Arun Rath speaks with Patricia Sobalvarro, she's the executive director of the non-profit Agencia ALPHA, based in Boston, about the challenges facing undocumented residents in this pandemic.
