When we are faced with challenging circumstances we may not think to go to a peaceful, calm place. That refers to a place of spirit or a physical place.  We are often consumed by the challenge or circumstance and forget the options we have in prayer, in meditation, in Christ.  We can find peace even in the most challenging of circumstances.  We need only call upon his peace that surpasses all understanding.
