There have been very few periods of time in which the world has known peace. As a result, we associate peace with lack of conflict. Peace is trusting God in the midst of the storm to the point that the storm doesn’t get into you. Jesus, who is the true definition of peace, brings us into knowing peace beyond our understanding, which is wholeness of and with God.
