What does peace mean to us? How do we make peace a priority?  

World events have made all of us aware how fragile things can be.  

We need one another.  

Where do the divides happen? Patty shares how she saw this with a change in mask requirements at her kid’s school. It’s not always easy to control our thoughts, but we do have the option to examine them.  

We are meant to live in community in support of one another. When we are fighting peace, we are growing seeds of war and violence.  

How can we help?  

Patty shares that peace starts by allowing yourself to be who you are. Honor your truth. Bring balance to that space first and work from there.  

When we dip into the well of our soul’s energy without filling it back up, we aren’t able to help others. Patty shares how this lesson has come back this week as she honors the memory of her family members.  

Anchor the light within yourself. Come home to yourself so you can find the answers within.
