As kids, we're pretty go with the flow, but as we grow up we learn to build walls in our flow, also known as resistance. These barriers served to protect us at first, but once outgrown, all they do is hinder us from moving forward. In this episode, I illustrate this point with a dream I had about a child playing with boulders in a stream, and I give a glimpse of what it takes to feel truly peaceful.
