Peace Shall Keep Your Heart

Day 9 of Hearts

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

I want to address you today as Paul does in verse 1 of Philippians 4: Dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown – stand fast in the Lord! Take these words to your heart and know they were meant for you.

Now go to verse 6 and realize that you can be anxious for nothing because (verse 7) the peace of God which passes all understanding will keep your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grasp this peace and let it flow over you and through you. Meditate on it all day. He will bring you into His rest.

Enjoy the Peace:

  • Which through the Son, God also reconciled all things to Himself, whether things on earth or things in heaven, thereby making peace through the blood of His Cross – Colossians 1:20
  • Which was proclaimed – He came and proclaimed peace for you who were far away and for you who were near. – Ephesians 2:17
  • Which was given – I am leaving you at peace. I am giving you my own peace. I am not giving it to you as the world gives. So don’t let your hearts be troubled, and don’t be afraid. – John 14:27
  • Which was realized that He is our peace – For it is He who is our peace. Ephesians 2:14
  • Which fills our hearts and says, “Peace but unto you, Fear Not!” – Judges 6:23

    • Find peace in your heart by turning to the God of peace.
