The immersive meditative experience is based on the practice “Meditate Like a Dolphin.”
Michel’s meditation for daily stress practices are integrated into the programs at Amity Foundation for the last 10 years with the incarcerated that suffer the most mental health challenges. There is hopeful news of 0% suicide rate!
