"Ambition is nothing but a species of madness," one of our philosophers observes (Spinoza). Mr. Macbeth could have told us the same! But there are good ambitions and, incredibly enough, we Christians are told to be ambitious; to 'aspire' for all the right things! How blessed we will be if we do!
