There’s so much energy flowing all around us in the world right now and if we don’t find time to be still and process some of those ever flowing thoughts, they can come right into our subconscious as we sleep we end up waking up tired or with less energy than expected so during this time of Midnight Mindfulness I’m going to offer you some affirmations for Peaceful Rest this week!! Peaceful Rest Affirmations✨

đź’ˇYou are enough.
đź’ˇI align with this present moment and invite calming rest to flow to you/me like a sweet summer breeze.
đź’ˇtrust that your mind and body know exactly what to do to rest peacefully.
đź’ˇAllow your physical body to slowly release into sleep on the natural rhythm of your breath.
đź’ˇThere is nothing you need to do - just be. inhale peace, exhale release.
đź’ˇAs you journey to restAllow any lingering thought in your mind to become lighter and lighter to carry
releasing any thought that does not bring peace to you.
💡Imagine a refreshing wind blowing across your face and body that carry’s away anything unneeded and brings you comfort and tranquil sleep 💡💡💡May your rest be calm may your sleep be peaceful and May you awaken with Gratitude, restored refreshed and resilient for what lies ahead.
