Steve is a chef and life coach from America, who was raised in Africa.Diana is a meditation coach and life coach from Germany.They have written two books on personal development. They focus on sustainable health and fulfilment in individuals by building inner strength through their personal developmental programs, and they have done so through their online meditation course and in their health retreats.There is a special gift at the end of the podcast!
