Bio: Paula Bailey is a retired professional and lifelong animal lover currently living in Vero Beach, Florida, and summering in Belfast, Maine. Her journey from a rewarding 31-year career in Indianapolis to a creative life filled with writing and travel has inspired stories that celebrate love, family, and the bond between humans and animals. Paula has two other books: “Peaches and the 19 Cobras”.  It is about Covid-19 (Peaches hears it as “19 Cobras”) from a dog’s point of view. Peaches and Jake and 19 Cobras, Oh My!” is her second book. All three books have been translated into Spanish. Paula is busy working on her next book about her newest dog, Molly, who was rescued from China.
