New Chapter 6 - Bais Shamai

A machlokes we have mentioned many times, if hefker can target poor people or not.

Bais Hillel says no - it must be like shemita which is indiscriminate -

The gemara seems to indicate shemita is for all people of all nationalities, rich or poor, man or animal.

Reb Yochanan and Rish Lakish explain the two sides of the machlokes but this ends up having differences of it's own.
