As expected, the Lees do in fact strike back, but Tommy finds a creative solution that brings peace to the Peaky Blinders collectively and to John individually. Tommy grows closer to Grace and Ada gives birth, but the episode ends on a sour note as the police arrest Freddie despite Campbell having given Tommy his word that they would leave him alone.
