This is Chapter 4 of The Inimitable Jeeves, by P.G. Wodehouse. I'll be reading from this book on Tuesdays, and my own stories on Fridays.

In the last chapter, Bertie Wooster was at a resort visiting his Aunt Agatha, who had found the perfect wife for him. Whether he wanted one or not. We will now see if he manages to wriggle his way out, in spite of Jeeves being less than helpful. Something about a scarlet cummerbund, I believe.
