The central premise of Pedagogy of the Soul is that every person, every human being has a unique creative potential to be expressed. This is reflected through the different experiences of one’s own human journey. In this interview, we are discovering what it means to live a quality, fulfilling and wholesome life and what unique life lessons had been learnt in that process of self-mastery and self-actualization. Diving deep into multidisciplinary fields, we discover different perspective of what lights up a person, what life skills are learnt to overcome personal challenges and adversities, and most importantly what does the hero’s journey means from person to person.
Paige Frisone is a Certified LifeLine® Practitioner, body-based writing coach, and published poet committed to accessing, maintaining, and transforming people’s innate wisdom into soul-powered living. By integrating vast wellness philosophies and disciplines, clients feel empowered to adopt their own resonant language–and translate it from the body to the mind–and vice versa.
Paige’s studies in authentic movement, alternative medicine, and trauma, coupled with her elaborate experience using behavioral therapies informed her writing. She lived and breathed the world of psychosomatics and spirituality all-the-while working to manage exercise addiction and severe body-image portals. As a former disembodied being, writing helped her access the visceral depths. As a collective disembodied society, Paige now coaches people with the LifeLine® and / or writing practices to honor the beauty of everyone’s shadows in a compassionate and integrated way.
Before establishing Inner Realm Wellness LLC, Paige was an SEO content creator, food journalist, freelancer, and Professional Academic Assistant at Naropa University. Before that, she worked in art centers, galleries, and in sales, and was an apprentice for a clinical herbalist, Zen Priest, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. The dynamic range of Paige’s lived experience fosters her strength.
