What is climate grief? Many of us carry a lot of grief that we are part of a culture that we can't live into a more wholesome and life-giving framework for how to exist. We need a way to live that will allow us to process the anguish of knowing that we are a part of harmful ways of living, and even maintain our  sanity in the face of those hard truths. And for Ben Wyse (Wyse Cycles), the bicycle is part of that. It is a spiritual discipline. "The lifestyle patterns we choose that we have grown up in cause suffering in the world, and if we are not willing to make changes in our lifestyle, then how do we make sense of the grief that we carry in what we represent in the world? It's a question of longing for something better, and what are the disciplines we have that express what is central to our very identity and ethical framework?"
