Episode # 29.

This is a quick episode regarding pedestrian safety. There is an elementary and middle school being built at 60th Street and 3rd Avenue, the schools are scheduled to open in September 2020. Many parents are concerned that their kids will have to cross 3rd Avenue at 60th Street. Assemblyman Ortiz held a meeting at that intersection with Brooklyn DOT Commissioner Keith Bray to discuss safety measures that should be implemented at this busy intersection.
