This is part 1 of 2 on pediatric asthma management. In this episode, Dr. Maready, Ben, Matt, and Will discuss the definition and diagnosis of asthma in the pediatric population. They go on to discuss the management of these patients using pharmacological adjuncts like magnesium, epinephrine, and terbutaline. Included in the discussion of each adjunct is what respective triggers for utilization of those adjuncts may be.
