Today we welcome the wonderful Stephanie Reed on our podcast! Steph received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Illinois and then went on to become an Occupational Therapist at Washington University in Saint Louis Missouri. She currently works as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and is in the process currently to become a nutritional therapy practitioner. She has an integrative approach to nutrition and health and we had such a great time chatting with her about a bunch of evidence based topics!
