No this isn't a spin off to Showtime's Dexter. This is the story about a man who murdered one person every six months for 36 years. Pedro began his killing spree at only 13 years old, and couldn't be stopped, leaving 71 people dead by the end of his rein. Pedro always saw himself as the vigilante type, targeting rapists, murderers, and drug dealers. But when you dig deeper, not all of his victims were "bad guys" many innocent lives were taken by his hand, because he "knew" someone was bad. That doesn't quite fit our definition of a vigilante; but you be the judge! Listen and decide for yourself; we would love to know your thoughts! :)
