“Pee or get off of the potty” is something I used to say to my daughter when she wanted to make me believe that she used the bathroom (during potty training) when she actually hadn’t.  What is there in your life that you KNOW you should be doing but you haven’t?  This is your warning.  It’s time to make it happen.
