Peter Anthony Morgan, better known as Peetah Morgan, was the distinctive lead vocalist of Morgan Heritage whose smooth, soulful voice defined the sound of modern roots reggae for three decades. Morgan Heritage is a multi-Grammy-winning reggae band, originally formed in 1994 by children of the legendary reggae artist Denroy Morgan. Often called the "Royal Family of Reggae," they are known for a roots reggae sound that incorporates R&B, hip-hop, and gospel.
