Dr. Kisstopher Musick heads the private therapy practice Adjustment Guidance. She has over 25 years of experience as a therapist and executive coach. She works with clients using cultural intelligence (CQ), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Her PhD established that there are higher-order moderating and mediating relations among the four factors of CQ (cognitive, metacognitive, motivational, and behavioral).  She is passionate about helping individuals and institutions understand the roles that culture, compassion, and authenticity play in deconstructing shame, self-criticism, and doubt while fostering a culture of success.
