Bellerophon, a brave young man, rides the magical flying horse Pegasus to defeat the fearsome Chimaera, a monster with a lion’s head, goat’s body, and snake’s tail. Though he becomes a hero, his pride angers Zeus, teaching him that being humble is just as important as being brave.
