Peilin Chiu grew up in Taiwan and moved to the United States 21 years ago. When she first arrived, she was sick and many doctors could not find out what was physically wrong with her. With no resolutions, she took her health into her own hands. By using her methods within two months she was almost completely healed and she contributes this to the food changes she made.
