Pastor David Franklin, is the senior pastor of the Miracle City Adventist Church in Baltimore Maryland. The church under his leadership in 2016 embarked on a campaign to make 100,000 touches in their community. They completed it in October.Pastor Franklin shares the philosophy behind the campaign and how it is a part of moving the members out into being Community Servants.
