Nancy Pelosi goes to Asia!...for some reason. All she does is stir up talks of WW3 and Chinese invasions - Continuing the Democrats trend of turning everything they touch into a disaster. Why solve a crisis when you can just create a new one right? 
Also, covid numbers tick up, monkey pox becomes mainstream...and all conveniently in time for midterm elections...such a convenient time to have another crisis.
