A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words.

We've all heard it before.

But it seems like Penguin Books, arguably the best know book publisher of all, might not agree.

A recent visit to a bookstore uncovered what I call 'Penguin Plain Label Classic Books'.

All these books look exactly the same as each other. Only the Title and Author Name is different. 

They are all well known books by well known authors, but they are all basically Penguin Books.

The ONLY branding on these books at all is Penguin.

I guess it's an attempt to drive home the Penguin brand. But I'm not sure it's smart...or right.
