Alistair McQueen, Head of Savings & Retirement at Aviva, joins us to explain what pension automatic enrollment means and how this may affect the pension landscape.

McQueen stresses the need to save more as life expectancy continues to improve in the UK.

He says employer and employee participation rates in the automatic enrollment scheme is encouraging, the challenge now is to get employees to save more than the minimum contribution rate that is expected to rise to 8% (total) by 2019.
