Tanmay Manohar '16 is the Vice President for People Analytics & Workforce Planning at ViacomCBS. He started the people analytics function at the company as a way to use information in a more intelligent way to solve HR problems. He uses predictive analytics for hiring, improving diversity and inclusion, succession planning, employee engagement and career development. He is interviewed by Emily Kling '21.
