People don't care about you. Now, of course, from a personal standpoint, you likely have many people who care about you. But when it comes to business, people seldom do; what they care about is the product or service you are providing and how it can solve their problem. Once we realize that people don't care about us, this can be very freeing because it allows us stretch ourselves and explore our creativity free of judgment.
