After a little hiatus, I’m back, and we’re getting real. In this episode, I open up about where I’ve been, what’s been on my heart, and why I’m done living for other people. We dive deep into the topic of people pleasing... why we do it, how it holds us back, and how to finally let it go so we can start showing up for ourselves.
