Do you want to grow? If yes, you have to be strict with respect to letting people inside your circle. If you want to lead and be a part of the 5% ,then you must do what the 5% is doing and that is to be choosy about people you associate yourself with. It's not a nice thing to say but this is what it takes to be successful.
