Run Away from Your Problem If You Have To

Is it healthy to run away from your problems? We must stop allowing ourselves to put up with things that are messing with our mental state and our well-being. Running away from problem shouldn’t even be a thing, you’re a solving the problem by getting away from it.

In this episode, we talk about the concept of “running away from your problems”. If something is hurting you, you have the right to disengage from it to heal yourself. Leave if the situation, place, or person is no longer good for your mental health.

Society tells us to keep going when facing a problem, which is harmful and will only get you to a breaking point sooner or later. Choose to do what is right for you by removing yourself from the problem. Your life is very valuable that it’s not worth making yourself unhappy.

Choosing your well-being isn’t quitting!

Take time to yourself and love yourself first so you can love others. This means having to forgo other people’s needs to cater to your wellbeing, and those that care about you should understand. You should never feel ashamed to put yourself first; only then can you help others.

Self-care, self-love is where it all begins. Remember you don’t need to explain to anyone why you’re choosing you. Block negative and unhealthy people from your life if you have to. Always choose what is best for you when in toxic or negative situations.

Stop giving low vibrational people a chance to affect your energy, it’s not worth it. ‘Running from your problem’ social norm is not serving anyone, so get away from it.
