Hal Row spends some time with Jeff and Carol Anne Hartman, two individuals very involved in the arts, music, and theater community here in the Catawba Valley.  Jeff is a musician (www.jshartman.com), Carol Anne is a photographer (www.cahartman.com), they have a band together called Hartman, they both are involved in many local theater productions, and they are creating the Hickory Creative & Performing Arts Center (www.hickoryarts.com).  There's a lot to talk about... and they even have time to play a song for us!
