More people are looking for ways to reduce costs and bring down their debts.

That's according to the organisers of the Salvation Army's budget course - that helps residents struggling to pay their bills come up with a spending plan. 

Eight participants completed the course with debt experts finding people's income is not keeping track with the cost of living crisis.
