This time last year I sent out an email titled "the big 3"-- it was the 3 goals I wanted to accomplish in 2021 and as I have spent the last few weeks reflecting on all that happened in 2021 this email popped in to my mind.. I went back to read it only to find out that 2 out of the 3 goals? Didn't necessarily "happen" which is why I wanted to share with you today THREE ways to REFRAME your goals.Â
Often times goals get chased because of what society tells you to do or because of what you feel like you "should be doing"Â
Or sometimes you lose sight of the long term vision while in pursuit of a goalÂ
Or sometimes you confused REDIRECTION with quittingÂ
I give you 3 powerful reframes to hopefully help guide you in to the new year. So you can set goals from a place of integrity with the reminder of what the bigger picture is while ALSO giving yourself permission to REDIRECT when things aren't working out the way you originally planned/thought while getting rid of this "winners never quit" mentality.Â
