In this pep talk, I go over how life can be so busy and ways we can create peace around this chaos. With kids and all the "to do's", it can be a lot of planning and making sure all the plates are spinning. I hope this episode encourages you and helps you know that sometimes it may mean we need to simplify life, instead of adding more to it.
