Sometimes when we're on our own healing journey we want the quickest 1-3 step-by-step guide so we can get to the outcome we want the fastest way. We look to mentors, guides, teachers etc to see what THEY did and try and apply it to our own lives...BUT...the thing is...you are your own type of magic. And recognizing that IS the magic.
