June 23, 1972 was a fateful day for the Christian college. First, the private Christian colleges get hooked on the federal monies, and then they capitulate to the regulations. The end of the Christian college approaches, with public accommodation laws and Title IX looming. Christian higher education will then be forced to give up on the Greek model and return to the Jesus model of discipleship centers.
