The promise of God is secured by the truth of His own person. His name and His glory are on the line with everything he vows. He has promised us that if we will come to Him we will find peace. In this world that is starving for peace, our problem is that we seek to create peace without involving the King of Peace. And the chaos of our culture is just a symptom of our estrangement from our God. We try every means under the sun, but nothing can ever bring peace until Christ is the center... And until we ourselves come to Christ WE will never know peace. This is call of God, come to the King and find your peace in the power of His perfect promise.
