Preeti is a Nutrition and Fitness coach for mid-life women and any woman in-between to find their confidence, reinvent their health with home workouts & simple sustainable nutrition. She’s been a coach for over 7.5 years. She is a mom to two girls Nikita who's Sophomore at UPitt, Nishka who's a Junior in High School, & fur baby (yellow Lab) Milo. Preeti is married to her college sweetheart (24 years), Kartik.
She shares her journey as a hobby to inspire working Moms with little kids to take care of their health. And a few months in, she realized there wasn't anyone with her lifestyle prompting this & she decided to turn her passion into a business.
