Dr. Kim Pinckney-Lewis (she/her) currently serves as a Human Resource Specialist with the U.S. Department of Defense. She is an innovative design thinker and instructional design & technology leader, specializing in program strategy development, needs assessment, learner analysis, persona discovery, instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning development, non-instructional intervention creation, training facilitation, instructional strategies, feedback that drives learning outcomes, and program evaluation. She graduated with a bachelor’s and teacher certification in Spanish language and literature from Swarthmore College, a master’s in second language acquisition and application from the University of Maryland, and a doctorate in instructional design and technology from Old Dominion University.
