Guest Courtney Abboud shares some of her suggestions for turning evaluations into a year-round conversation about goals and career dreams, rather than a once-a-year burden. And she sees them as tools with great potential for increasing engagement and making sure that supervisors are coaching and advocating for their teams all along the way.
