Today we're looking at two popular Korean side dishes in Pickled Perilla Leaves and Braised Quail Eggs. These two are made by Sempio, a Korean company that started out making Soy Sauce. Alongside it I've also made some rice and Oi Muchim (Cucumber Salad).
